Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 25 g Emborg Grana Padano shredded
  • 150 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Turkey or Pork Bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Handful Basil Leaves

Spaghetti Carbonara is an all-time favorite. Try the delicious pasta dish by following these simple steps: 

Method:

Start by cutting the bacon in small pieces and fry them on a pan for 4-5 minutes while boiling the spaghetti. 

Mix eggs, cream and cheese together in a bowl and set aside untill the spaghetti is cooked.

Drain the spaghetti and add it on the pan with the bacon. 

Add the egg mixture on the pan and stir gently for 4-5 minutes or until creamy. 

Serve with a little extra grated parmesan and sprinkle with basil.
