
Steamed Cheesecake Kaswi


Ingredients
Kaswi
- 250 g Emborg Cream Cheese
- 50 g Emborg Cooking Cream
- 80 g Sugar
- 50 g Wheat flour
- 2 Egg
- 10 g Vanilla essence
- 2 drops Red food colour
Chocolate Ganache
- 50 g Emborg Whipping Cream
- 50 g Dark chocolate
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add in all the Kaswi ingredients and mix well using a hand blender.
- Prepare the Kaswi moulds by brushing oil into each one. Prepare the steamer by boiling water inside it.
- Scoop 25g of batter into each mould until all the batter is used up.
- Place the moulds into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool down.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using the ‘bain-marie’ hot water bath method. Add the Emborg Whipping Cream and whip the chocolate ganache.
- Remove the cakes from the moulds and pour the chocolate ganache on top of each one.
